Dr Maria Chetcuti Cauchi is Managing Partner at CCLEX Global and leads the firm’s real estate work, advising international private clients, investors, developers and corporates on high-value residential, commercial and mixed-use transactions. Her practice focuses on transaction execution with disciplined risk control – including title due diligence, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, financing, and the management of multi-party projects from acquisition through to completion.

Priscilla is a private client lawyer who heads the Families & Wealth and Corporate, Trusts & Fintech practice groups at Chetcuti Cauchi. She specialises in wealth structuring and preservation for business families and high net worth individuals and cooperates with legal and tax advisors worldwide to plan, set up and maintain corporate structure representing an international footprint. Priscilla also advises on residence and citizenship.

Charlene heads the corporate and commercial legal team within the firm. She has been actively involved for the past ten years in Corporate Law, Property Conveyancing, Employment Relations, General Commercial law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Property, Contract law, Business incentives, Trade, and Commercial law.

Natasha specialises in risk advisory services, including areas related to AML and CFT Legislation, Sanctions Advisory Services, as well as regulatory areas.  Natasha also has a strong work experience in International Business, as well as the CSP and Trustee industries.

Antoine is a legal specialist in Maltese citizenship and residency, advising on routes including descent, marriage, naturalisation, and investment. He joined the firm in 2014 and became Partner in 2025. He regularly contributes to industry publications and speaks at international events on citizenship and mobility law.

Magdalena leads the firm's Private Client Tax practice, advising internationally mobile individuals and families on personal tax planning, relocation, and wealth structuring. With a background in immigration and legal advisory, she specialises in cross-border mandates involving tax residency, estate planning, and asset protection. Her clients include family offices, entrepreneurs, creatives, and senior professionals. Magdalena is also a frequent contributor to global tax and immigration forums.

Marina Magri advises internationally mobile families on strategic immigration, residency, and citizenship planning. With a focus on investment migration and executive mobility, she leads the firm's immigration practice and regularly speaks at global industry events.

Within the Tax arm of the firm, David assists private clients with Maltese tax compliance, tax residency, and relocation services.

Katarzyna is a Senior Tax Advisor within the firm's Tax & Global Mobility practice. She specialises in Malta's tax and immigration frameworks, offering tailored guidance to highly skilled professionals, corporate executives, retirees, and high-net-worth individuals relocating to or establishing tax residency in Malta. Her expertise includes the Malta Global Residence Programme, the Malta Residence Programme, and the Malta Nomad Residence Programme, on which she advises extensively.

Marko Planojevic is an Associate at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates, specializing in Malta immigration law, investor citizenship, and residency advisory. He provides expert legal support in areas such as due diligence, Maltese permanent residence, and citizenship through naturalisation, marriage, descent, and investment.

Claudia Cilia Buhagiar is a Manager in Immigration & Global Mobility at an international law firm. Roberta Anastasi is a Manager within the firm's Immigration & Global Mobility Practice. She has extensive experience in advising private clients on Maltese Permanent Residence and Maltese Citizenship by Investment and other investment migration programmes globally.

Mayola carries a several years of  experience in the residency and citizenship field.  She has assisted many clients to obtain Maltese Permanent Residency, and now citizenship. Mayola has also worked on various tax and employment matters and has assisted with family reunification applications.

In her work with private clients, Irem provides tailored advisory services in the fields of investment immigration, global mobility, and citizenship and residency planning. With a legal background and strong practical experience, she advises high-net-worth individuals on structuring international mobility solutions that reflect both personal priorities and long-term objectives. Dr Michaela Millo is a Maltese-qualified lawyer forming part of the firm’s Immigration & Global Mobility practice, where she advises individual and family clients on residence, citizenship and migration-led structuring into Malta.

Her work focuses on regulated immigration pathways, including the Malta Permanent Residence Programme and citizenship by naturalisation for exceptional services, with close attention to eligibility, compliance and procedural accuracy. She works alongside multidisciplinary teams handling due diligence, documentation and regulatory submissions, ensuring that applications are both technically sound and defensible from a compliance perspective.

Pauline carries a vast experience in the residency and citizenship field.  She has assisted a large number of the firm's clients to successfully obtain Maltese citizenship and residency. She is dedicated to serving high net worth individuals with their relocation and citizenship requirements. Pauline focuses on making the process as smooth as possible, allowing clients to enjoy their global lifestyle with peace of mind.

In her role with private clients, Valentina demonstrates high dedication and professionalism in managing complex relationships of HNW individuals. Specializing in global mobility, Nertila focuses on advising clients on international tax planning, cross-border employment compliance and global mobility strategy.  Her responsibilities include navigating the intricate tax implications of international assignments, ensuring compliance with global mobility regulations, and optimizing tax efficiency for both individuals and corporations in complex cross-border scenarios.  Key responsibilities include advising on tax implications for the employer and the employees including advice and applications for any tax incentives, guiding clients on structuring employee mobility programs, coordinating various registration and permit procedures as required.
