Dr Maria Chetcuti Cauchi is a senior partner within the firm who is responsible for the Property and Projects practice. Maria focuses on providing bespoke advice to real estate investors seeking to invest in Malta through the use of structured asset plans, private equity and real estate funds, special purpose vehicles and trusts.
Through her years of experience within the field, Maria has handled numerous high-value investment projects as well as domestic and international development initiatives. She has also been involved in various buy-to-let projects, commercial leasing and private rental plans. She has also set up the firm’s ‘Project Advisory Services’ team to offer expertise on all aspects of specialised buyer services.
