Professional Experience
Magdalena joined the firm's immigration arm in 2017 after gaining in-house legal experience. In her immigration role, she assisted some of the firm's most affluent families and gained significant experience in investment and entrepreneur immigration in Malta.
In 2020, Magdalena moved to the firm's tax services arm, taking over the responsibility of the firm's personal tax advisory and compliance team, specialising in personal tax planning, tax residency, and special tax status programmes that appeal to a range of private clients seeking to relocate to Malta.
Magdalena has contributed to many international immigration and tax conferences, summits and workshops that the firm and its professional services entities participate in.
