Steve brings to the table over fifteen years of international experience in the financial services industry which led to his expertise in advising blockchain-based businesses, including ICO, STO, crypto exchanges and other crypto service providers.

Charlene heads the corporate and commercial legal team within the firm. She has been actively involved for the past ten years in Corporate Law, Property Conveyancing, Employment Relations and General Commercial law.

Ms Charlene is a business development consultant to medium-sized to large companies and a confidante to high net worth individuals (HNWIs) in Asia.  She is a former private banker with close to 20 years of experience in the banking and financial industry in Singapore.  She is conversant with financial investments across all asset classes, residency and citizenship planning as well as wealth, estate and succession planning.  Ms Charlene has experience with HNWIs from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.  She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Mr Firas Kaysi, Regional Director, is a Certified Financial Planner and licensed financial advisor from Canada. He specialises specifically on Financial Planning and the Government Investor Immigrant Programmes. During his first years, Mr Kaysi joined as a Financial Advisor at Merril Lynch in Canada. During 2004, he headed the Private Banking within Dubai Bank. Acting as a Managing Director at Fortune Managements Inc, he also managed to dual list the company on DIFIX, positioning it as the first and only European private equity company.

Roger Breitenstein is a specialist in international residence planning, citizenship law, and international tax.  Roger forms part of our specialist Residency & Citizenship practice group and advises our international clients, particularly German speaking clients, in all matters of using Malta and Cyprus in international tax planning, wealth structuring and international relocation.
