The Moldova Public Services Agency is now accepting applications for the Moldova Citizenship by Investment Programme by investors represented by an approved Accredited Agent. In 2019, CCLEX has been approved by the Moldovan government as an Accredited Agent and holds licence AA/06/2019.
The Moldova Citizenship by Investment Programme
The citizenship programme of Moldova was launched in 2018 and enables investors to obtain the citizenship of Moldova in exchange of an investment in the country in the form of a non-refundable contribution to the Public Investment Fund. Applicants and their family members will be subject to a rigorous due diligence process before being able to acquire Moldovan citizenship.
Who can apply for the Moldova Citizenship by Investment?
In order to apply, the main applicant must be over the age of 18, possess a clean criminal record from the country of residency and all countries of citizenship. In addition, the applicant must provide evidence of clean source of wealth and funds. In one application, the main applicant is also entitled to include his/her spouse, minor children, adult children up to the age of 29 and parents of the main applicant and the spouse over the age of 55.

The Process of Applying for the Moldova Citizenship by Investment Programme?
Acquiring Moldovan citizenship requires the applicant to submit an application and all the required supporting documents through an approved Accredited Agent. Applicants are required to pass a strict due diligence test before being approved.
Applicants are required to pay government processing fees, due diligence fees, post-approval fees and make a contribution to the Public Investment Fund:
- €100,000 for a Single applicant
- €115,000 for a family of two
- €145,000 for up to four members of the family
- €155,000 for a family of five or more
