Legal Basis
The Vanuatu Development Support Program was launched in 2017 under the Citizenship Act, Chapter 112 of the Laws of Vanuatu. The Program is intended to raise funds to support Vanuatu’s infrastructure and to promote the economic development of the country. The Citizenship program is fully recognised by the Vanuatu Government and applicants granted citizenship under this program are regarded as Ni-Vanuatu and enjoy full rights to reside in Vanuatu.
