From the 31st October till the 2nd November, the Grand Hotel Kempinski Shanghai will host the annual China Offshore Shanghai Summit. Since 2010, China Offshore, a leading media company with a penchant for financial news, has been bringing investment agencies, international law firms, trust & fiduciary service providers, wealth managers, corporate service providers, tax and accounting professionals and other offshore professionals together, to educate financial intermediaries on effective tax planning and asset management in different jurisdictions.

Each year, the China Offshore Shanghai Summit offers an excellent information exchange platform for finance professionals, attracting an average of 400 attendants from around the globe. This year, the event will be spread out over three days with a full day focus on wealth management, another full day on corporate structuring and an optional third day on immigration by investment

Mr Kenneth Camilleri
Mr Camilleri is a Senior Partner at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates, a leading European law firm with offices in Valletta, Nicosia , London, Zürich and Hong Kong. With a deep-seated background in VAT, corporate and personal taxation, Kenneth advises clients on tax and VAT aspects of both local and international operations.
Kenneth also heads the Asia desk within the firm and is particularly responsible for China and Hong Kong, having been heavily involved in Chinese conferences and consultancy agencies in the past years.
He is also a key advisor on Malta Citizenship by Investment, Malta Golden Visa, the Malta Global Residence Programme, Cyprus Citizenship by Investment , Cyprus Permanent Residency and for buying property in Malta and Cyprus.
Kenneth delivers lectures in the fundamental and advanced ACCA papers in taxation on a regular basis and manages the internal tax training within the firm. He also sits on the Taxation Committee of the Malta Institute of Accountants and the Taxation Committee of the Institution of Financial Service Practitioners.
