As of 1st April 2020, the government processing fees under the donation option (NDF) will increase from USD $25,000 to USD $30,000.

Reduction in Processing Fees for Real Estate option

As of 1st April 2020, the government processing fees under the Real Estate investment option will decrease from USD $50,000 to USD $30,000. Such an amendment thus means that government processing fees under both the donation or real estate option is fixed at USD $30,000.
