Legal Basis
A Curacao e-gaming licence or what is commonly referred to as a “Master Licence”, is granted by virtue of the Ministerial decree granted to individual private entities by the Ministry of Justice.

Eligibility
- Standard Due Diligence information and Documentation relating to the beneficial owners and the business would need to be submitted;
- Setting up a Curaçao E-Zone company with a local administrator - the business will benefit from a 2% corporate income tax till 2026 as long as it remains in annual compliance;
- Hardware needs to be co-located in Curaçao
- A Domain Registration which shall host the website used by the Curaçao gaming companies for its operations;
- A software arrangement - this shall detail the games that shall be offered by the business, and the way in which such software will be updated and secured once it goes live;
- Random Number Generator (RNG) Testing Certificate must be provided.
